Don't do it.
There were several issues that made the location hard to find, complicated to enter, unsafe, unclean, and uncomfortable to stay in but the absolute deal breaker was the lack of heating in the room, lack of hot water, and lack of communication with host. When attempting to contact host I was called back by a 3rd party who was not fluent in English (renjoy?) not the actual host. I was given trouble shooting steps and told they were trying to coordinate with maintenance. We left after one night and informed them of such. It is not acceptable to not have heat in the entire unit or no hot water. They responded THREE DAYS later (after our scheduled check out) claiming the system worked we just hadn’t turned it on because it was off when they finally sent maintenance… We aren’t mentally disabled and had the heat on when it got down to 30 degrees but the system does not function properly throughout the unit. Even in the living area there is an attched heating unit to help keep it warm. I informed them that we turned the system off when leaving as you do for check outs because we followed the check out instructions even when we only stayed the one night out of 3. Still never addressed the hot water. All of this communication has been through the 3rd party. Even after a week I have yet to be in contact with the actual host. Now I have to battle for refund because VRBO says its up to the 3rd party site and the host or RENJOY is claiming everything worked fine which is an absolute lie.

A good day getaway
Me and my family and my friends loved the weekend that was provided by us by the people that rented us their property. It was clean and provided everything they said it was going to provide it out of fire pit and I had four kids with me that did not even know how to build a fire till that night so thank you for helping us build great memories.
We had a great stay. The place had everything we needed for us and our dogs. Was extremely quiet at night and so close to all the things we wanted to do. A small park was located a block away to welk dogs. So people in prior comments complained about the hot water. We contacted the manager immediately and received an immediate response with a very workable solution. Judge the experience not on the issues but on the response. The response was outstanding!

It IS a camper…not a high end hotel room!
My husband and I along with our good friend (all in our 60’s) stayed in the camper for one night. The camper was clean (except for substantial crumbs in the pull-out bed), the A/C was quite cold, the snacks and bathroom supplies were wonderful, the towels were high-end, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We had a fire in the fire pit and loved sitting out around the fire. On the negative side, there was no hot water (even though I was assured beforehand that there was hot water) , we could not access the Wi-Fi, the king mattress slopes to the middle, the pullout bed needs to be replaced, the outside chairs are rickety and the area is quite industrial. We enjoyed our stay as we are easy-going and our expectations for a camper are not super high. Have a glass of wine and sit around a campfire and you too will enjoy your stay. I do recommend replacing the beds and fixing the hot water problem! Happy travels!

DONT BOOK! UNLESS YOU LIKE ICE COLD SHOWERS, NO HOT WATER OR WIFI. Cameras to spy on you too!
I would've left to stay somewhere else but it was labor day weekend and everything was booked!
On multiple occasions, we experienced short bursts of hot water in the faucet, and my 7-year-old daughter was fortunate enough to receive a 2-minute warm shower on the first night. However, my elderly mother was forced to endure an ice-cold shower. I suspect that you are aware of this issue and have chosen not to address it adequately, either due to cost-cutting measures or a lack of concern for your guests' well-being.
Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection was non-existent throughout our entire stay. Despite your advertisement of Wi-Fi availability, the networks you recommended were never within range. This lack of connectivity severely impacted my ability to complete the work I had planned for the evening hours.
I found the host to be indifferent when notified of our issues and made no real attempt to rectify the issues we encountered. They gave unhelpful and generic suggestions. Pretty much said "that sucks"
As a social media influencer with a substantial organic following in Colorado, I observed that many of my followers were keenly interested in the details of our recent trip, particularly regarding our accommodation. This presented a significant opportunity for the property to gain considerable business through our endorsement. However, due to the unsatisfactory experience we encountered, I regrettably decided not to share the location.

Would NOT recommend.
Our overall stay was very unpleasant. We arrived our first day and were shocked as to where we were staying. The listing was very different than what we realistically got. When we finally go in we were unable to use their WiFi and had no hot water so after over 12 hours of driving we had to take ice cold showers. The next day when we got up the AC shut off and we assumed it was just on a timer but in reality it stopped working. We got back from the hot day to a stay that was hotter inside than outside. We reached out right away to the host and they said they were sending someone to fix it. We waited 5 hours and no one ever came. We eventually got the stuff back up and running after wasting our afternoon doing that instead of enjoying our vacation. The next day we left our pups for the day as we were doing activities where they were not allowed. We came back after the day and again had no AC. When I reached out again the host asked how long it had been happening and if we could just do all these things to fix it. Very frustrating that there was never someone who came to check up on us or try to solve the problem. They just wanted to leave us high and dry. We even asked about going to a different property down the road and they claimed it was in use as we could see it was no on Vrbo. On Thursday we finally got someone to come check it out and when we asked if he was notified at the beginning of the week and he said no. The host was not working to solve the problem or help.

The property was great and exactly what i expected. With that be said… I bought an air mattress to accommodate the pull out bed.
The only thing I would have changed would be to check in during the daylight! It was a very difficult spot to find with the multiple cabins on the property. Clearer directions and markings for directions on the property would help tremendously.
I would definitely return to this or any of the cabins on this property!

Great stay
The camper was clean and stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I love to cook and had no issues with that. We didn't use the grill, but we loved the fire pit and the outdoor lighting was beautiful at night. It was the perfect size for me and my friend. It is in a great location, convenient to so many trails, shops, restaurants, and attractions. The only downside I think I have is that the bed was too firm for my liking, but I also know that is pretty subjective. It was still comfortable though and I was in love with the place and didn't want to leave, it felt like home to me pretty quickly.
