This charming home features wood laminate flooring, new granite countertops, and a remodeled kitchen equipped with all the essentials! The living room has a Smart TV for streaming and a desk if you needed to work during your stay. Additionally, there is a loft which serves as the perfect hide-away for relaxing or enjoying your favorite book. After a day full of adventure, unwind in the private backyard around the warm fire pit while watching the family enjoy the spacious yard. Great option for extended stay with dogs

We enjoyed this stay. The house was perfect for the length of time we stayed, especially with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful. The house was great with some good updates. A few small issues with appliances but they were quickly addressed by property manager. Property manager was very responsive. Proximity to Old Colorado Springs and the various locations we visited was ideal. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. Just not a location where my kids could be outside by themselves.

The location was perfect. 2min. walk to a wonderful park. So close to downtown & restaurants 10-15min. Lots of hiking & sightseeing close by.

Dog friendly, cozy

The house was nice and cozy, the fence was fully fenced in, which was awesome for our dogs. Location was convient, close to downtown, and major road ways. If traveling with dogs, there are many dog parks close by.

Perfect weekend retreat

The house was perfect for our weekend trip to the springs. It's all newly renovated with modern touches. The neighborhood seems to be in a bit of a transition with newer nicely maintained homes and yards and some older overgrown less cared for homes. We felt very safe, the neighborhood was quiet and it suited our needs perfectly.
