Your family will be close to everything in this centrally-located home. Fully furnished & newly remodeled. Large outdoor deck w/ large fenced-in backyard. Close to hospitals, downtown Colorado Springs, hiking & biking. Enjoy all Colorado has to offer. Home is available for 30+ day rentals, if you need a shorter stay please contact us. Three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins) pics coming soon. Crib or toddler bed available upon request. RV parking & storage unit available on site. Pet friendly.

We loved Laurie's house! This was our first time staying in a long-term rental (5 weeks) and this house was just what we needed. There was PLENTY of storage space, the yard was huge, and everything was clean and comfortable. Anything that came up during our time there, we were able to get a hold of Laurie within seconds and it would be resolved in moments. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, there are some nice walking trails right by there, and getting to downtown is a 7-minute drive. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if back in Colorado Springs Ryan 2023
