This luxury apartment has it all with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 42" soft close cabinets, island with 4 barstools, 9' ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring in main living areas, ceiling fans, fully electric A/C and heat, and a washer and dryer. The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed with smart TV, large closet, barn door leading to ensuite bathroom with luxury spa shower. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed with dedicated work space and next to second full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Enjoy evening drinks on your private balcony with storage space, overlooking Ute Valley Park. The outdoor enthusiast will love this location with Ute Valley Park only .4 miles from back door, Mountain Shadows Open Space only 600 ft from front door, and the famous Garden of the Gods Park not even 3 miles away. Bring your Mountain Bike and take off. All utilities, Wi-Fi, and in unit washer/dryer included in rent. Pets are welcome.
