We invite your family & friends to gather in our updated, beautiful ranch style home. Centrally located, it is ready to accommodate your holiday, weekend getaway, or family vacation! Minutes away from golf, trails, hiking, and the amazing Palmer Park overlook.

This updated, beautiful ranch style home has been in our family for over 60 years! We take great pride in keeping it clean, organized, and lovingly cared for year-round.

**Bed & Bathrooms: The master, located upstairs has a queen size bed with private 1/2 bathroom. The second & third bedrooms upstairs are beautifully 'Colorado,' both with full size beds. The forth bedroom is a perfect room for kids, complete with a bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on the top), and the playroom is just outside of this room. The cozy fifth bedroom also has a queen size bed. A queen size air mattress is available upon request. Both full bathrooms are newly renovated, including a large Roman walk-in shower with dual shower heads in the basement bath. The home sleeps 10-12.

***Key amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer (detergent provided), garage, fenced yard with huge 8-person Colorado Wind River Spa hot tub, and gas grill, all located on spacious patio, great for entertaining. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the back patio, entertain family in the living room, cuddle up in front of wood burning stove and big screen to watch movies, choose from a variety of board games to play in the game area, or have a big family meal around the dining room table.

****We provide high speed wireless internet, cable, blue-ray/DVD systems, Wii and Wii games on the big screen in the recreation/game room. We have the Xfinity EXTREME PREMIER TRIPLE PLAY for your viewing pleasure while you stay with us. Including:

• X1 Entertainment Operating System with the X1 DVR and HD service
• Cinemax, SHOWTIME, STARZ, HBO, and The Movie Channel
• Sports Entertainment Package, including NFL RedZone

****We welcome FAMILIES and have everything you might need while traveling with your infant, toddlers, and/or young children.****
We are parents of little ones too, so safety is important when we travel. We like to think we have thought of everything. Cupboards with chemicals have child safety locks. Plug protectors can be found throughout most of the house (anywhere little fingers might touch). Our children's play area is filled with books, toys, balls, and even a baby swing (which was key to sleeping for our little ones). We also have the following items available upon request: Pack-in-Play crib, baby backpack carrier, Moby wrap, changing pad, bath tub sling chair, high chair, child size table and chairs, booster chair, bibs, utensils, plates, cups, Jungle jumping saucer, and bouncy chair (with vibration).

As a 4th generation native of this amazing town, not only will you love staying in our home, but we will share with you our favorite “hole-in-the wall” local restaurants, secret trails, and local favorite activities, along with provide you with all the best tourist happenings to do in our region. You will find a binder full of tips, tricks, coupons and brochures to help you make the most of your Colorado vacation.

Our spacious 2,300 sq foot ranch-style home was completely updated and remodeled in 2013.

Cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

Smoking:
Absolutely no smoking inside our home or garage. The smell of smoke (of any kind) will result in a smoking damage fee of $350. Smoke smells require excessive cleaning and time to fix.
