Great location

We loved the location, convenience, and had plenty of space. The host was responsive and the house met all of our expectations.

Property did what I needed it to do

Due to a misunderstanding, I checked in when not expected by the cleaners and the place needed a little touch-up. Someone came over immediately after I contacted the POC and cleaned up a little and verified the condition of the property. I had a large contingent of family from out of state stay at the property and they said it wasn't too bad. So the property did what I needed it to do, which was house my family for the duration of their stay.

The place is clean but be aware when looking at pictures the lack of privacy due to no curtains on windows or only sheers. It is definitely minimally accommodating. No hair dryer. Had to search for additional toilet paper. Did not feel safe.

Perfect Location for a Large Group near USAFA!

This rental house was fantastic for our large group attending a USAFA graduation. Here's why:Spacious and Convenient:* Six bedrooms comfortably slept our group of nine.* Perfect location - close to USAFA (20 minutes) and attractions (Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and the airport).* Convenient to food stores and a Dunks* Plenty of parking (driveway and street).Well-Equipped and Comfortable:* Clean linens and towels provided.* Functional kitchen with all the essentials, plus a gas grill for BBQs.* Washer and dryer available for laundry needs.* Comfortable living area with plenty of seating.* Smaller backyard perfect for yard games (bring your own cornhole or Kan-Jam!).Great Host:* Our hostess was attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well.Overall, this house was a perfect fit for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location!Minor Notes:* The neighborhood is older but quiet and safe.* The main living area has a small dining table, so plan meals accordingly.* The backyard has limited seating, but chairs can be moved from the kitchen if needed.

Needs some TLC

First off this is ran by a 2nd party (property management) I will look for this in the future and never rent from this type of system again. We do VRBO because it cuts out the middle man. Second despite many issues the gal who was taking care of us did the best she could do. The actual "property management" just said to reach out to her. One of the biggest issues is there is one outside garbage can and on recycling can for 2 very large house shared, this was full the entire time. Then the city came and said the garbage cant be outside, but we did not have access to the garage (it does say that the garage is available) i was told it has the cleaning supplies in it... This is the other issue, you are given a horrible mop that is basically unusable. We had to go buy a swiffer to clean. Also there was a BBQ that was broken down and had old food on it, I called about that and was told they dont clean it... we were going to attemt to clean it but found out quickly that it was broken and unusable. There was 8 small towels, not dish cloths, zero mixing bowel, no pots to cook in only a few pans to fry. No cookie sheets. They were pretty stocked with plates bowels and cups. The shower curtain in the room with the bathroom doesn't even reach the floor, and im not talking a little ots about 2 feet so water gets all over the tile floor. Remember I TOLD YOU ABOUT THE 8 SMALL TOWELS??? 2 in that bathroom with water all over. So many air fresheners in the lower rooms why?
