Great location - 15mins from all tourist sites
Great location - easy drive to every thing. Rooftop was a nice place to relax after touring all day - great views and very peaceful. Very clean and modern. It was nice everyone had their own room and bathroom (4 of us). There are a lot of stairs , but they are broken up by levels. We will definitely stay again. Only complaint was the key code system - had issues with garage door and front door. I just call the service number and they would help out. They answered my call right away each time..

The property was accurately described. Too see any views you need to be on the roof. Area of home is not the greatest. House needs a good deep clean. Overall clean but moving bugs in light fixtures, baseboards and vents of thick layer of dust. Lots of small broken things: sink in master bathroom and toilet paper holder in main bathroom upstairs. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Master bedroom had regular pillowcases on king size pillows. Lots of stairs for anyone with disabilities. Overall good experience but probably wouldn’t rebook there.

Beautiful home with everything we needed
This was a perfect home for our week in Colorado Springs. My husband and I with our two kids had plenty of space on the top floor of the unit, while our best friends (married couple) had their privacy in the suite on the bottom floor. The middle level was perfect for us to lounge, eat together, and play board games. And the rooftop view was perfectly peaceful in the evenings sitting around the fire. Check-in was smooth and simple, and property managers were very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a family wedding. The property was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We initially has trouble with the lock but the host was very responsive even though it was after hours and immediately reset the code. Having a garage was nice for security and ease of unloading the car.

Beautiful scenery
This house is so modernized and beautiful there are so many amenities to see in the home we were fascinated by the lighting fixtures this house is also 3 minutes from downtown as well is 6 minutes from Walmart which was so convenient we were close to food and downtown Denver was only a 45 minutes drive

The floor plan was a perfect fit for our family of 5. We also loved the convenience of having an accessible garage on the property. Areas that could be improved for future guests would be the cleanliness of the home, access to recycling services, communication prior to arrival, and early-check in options for guests. The floors and countertops were not clean and the quality of the linens should be improved.

The property is new, and in a good location. But there is no TV Service on the main level.We found a pair of ear pods under the sheets in the basement bedroom. The basement bedroom door does not latch. The furnace access door is unlocked allowing someone to enter the property bypassing the locked basement door. There is no water in the basement bathroom. There is no vacuum at this rental. The property manager elects to use jail toilet paper. There was someone else’s hair behind the basement bathroom door. Overall the property needs a lot of items, secured, added, removed, improved, and cleaned.

Property was very nice, new complex. Neighborhood seems like it is transitioning, lot of older homes. Quiet neighborhood but nothing within walking distance. There were 5 of us inside, it was very quiet between the floor and bedroom, we didn't hear each other. If you have any type of knee trouble you may want to reconsider this property because it is 5-levels. The levels did not bother me.
Each day we had mule deer in the backyard. Could tell they were use to people because when we opened the back door they did move, it was very cool to see them.
It could be cleaned better, fingerprints on sliding glass door in the living room, were very obvious. It was driving us crazy so we cleaned them. Fan vent in downstairs bedroom, was BLACK, definitely needed to be changed or cleaned. Stairs had some dirt on them. Also, in the backyard are some unlevel bricks leading into the house, this could be a hazard if you are not paying attention.
I had difficulty getting into the complex, the code I was given did not work in the garage, only worked on the front door. I was expecting them to fix and get back to me during my stay but that didn't happened.
My overall rating was 4-stars because it could have been cleaned better and the mix up with the garage door code.

The condo was very nice. Clean and nicely decorated. The roof top deck was great.
The neighborhood was pretty run down-probably wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around at night. Although downtown is walkable-it’s a fairly long.

We enjoyed our stay at the new and well-equipped property. We were close to the major attractions—Pike’s Peek and Garden of the Gods. This is a new property that is beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The property managers were very responsive.

Couples getaway
The house was clean and provided all we needed for our long weekend getaway as friends. Close to downtown, waking distance to coffee/brewery, and only a short drive to all of the iconic hikes. With the exception of the master bedroom TV not having a remote control, this house was fantastic.
