Welcome to our vacation getaway!

Come and enjoy all the amenities that nature has to offer. The serene setting will take all your cares away. Complete remodel competed April 2019. Situated on one of the highest peaks in the area, our mountain cabin is located on 5 secluded acres. The views of Pikes Peak are breathtaking no matter what the season. Watch the aspen leaves change color before your eyes in the Fall. Listen to the unbelievable quiet as the snow falls in Winter. Our cabin will comfortably sleep 6. The fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ make it feel like home away from home. The linens are plush and the beds are cozy. If you like hiking and adventure, we are are close to Mueller State park and the Crags. Plenty of room to park your ATV's and dirt bikes and great riding trails are nearby.

Wonderful Family Thanksgiving Holiday

Our family came up from Colorado Springs to enjoy a quick 2-night Thanksgiving holiday. The location is beautiful and quiet. We cooked in the cabin that was well-stocked with everything we needed and enjoyed the fireplace and huge firewood pile. Thank you!

Colorado mountain cabin

We had an another great visit to the cabin. Saw deer and turkeys in the driveway nearly every day. Explored Mueller State park nearby and visited Royal Gorge and Pikes Peak. We will be back for 3rd visit in the future.

50th Birthday trip

Super cute and peaceful cabin. We had 7 1/2 inches snow on the first day (the locals later told us that it always snows on Mother's Day). We came to the area to hike the Manitou Incline. Wish we had been able to do more hiking but the trails were pretty wet from the snow, sleet, rain and hail we had during the week. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within driving distance. We plan on returning to explore this area again.

Mountain Paradise!

The cabin was clean and cozy in a perfect location with amazing mountain views. It is in a very private location yet close to the town of Divide (grocery, restaurant, gas) as well as attractions like Mueller State Park (trails), Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek (casinos) and Pikes Peak. Our hike to Horsethief Falls trail was just minutes drive from the cabin and a highlight of our stay. Tadd & Julie (hosts) were responsive to all of our needs. We are so appreciative to be able to experience this mountain paradise. Thank you Tadd and Julie. We look forward to returning soon!

Highly recommend for people with no issues going up and down stairs. Beautiful cabin and scenery

The cabin is very clean, updated and staged nicely. It is much more suitable for anyone who does not have physical or age issues that make climbing stairs difficult. We were a group of average age 70 and found the stairs really tough in such a high altitude. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn't have such issues. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, everything clean. Nice location in close proximity to many areas of interest. We had 2 Grand Wagoneers and did not have "trouble" going up and down the lane, it was just a little intimidating right as you leave the road to the driveway and visa versa. Could see where small vehicles might have issues. Great place for people younger than ourselves. Had mule deers right outside kitchen window one morning. Lots of birds too. Tadd was great to communicate with.

This is a great property with a breathtaking view. The listing could be a bit forthcoming about the driveway being so steep at the road. A 4×4 is a must if it snows, which it did all four days of our April stay. Still, our stay was exceptional and the light snow just added to the appeal of the views. Peaceful doesn't begin to describe this property.
