Nice & Cozy
There were 5 adults staying. It was comfortable but cramped when we were all in the living area. We cooked breakfast and our Christmas meal at the house and it was very nice. Only complaint is there is no way to watch local tv. You must have a streaming account and we do but didn’t know our passwords. This info about the tv should be included in the description before renting.

Awful location. Nasty yard .
This house is in a horrible, not -so- good neighborhood. Outside is disgusting and parking on the street is a huge rush of getting rear ended. It’s a busy street.
Upstairs was hot. No A/C.
We cut our stay short and left a day early. Didn’t feel safe.

Cute old Victorian
This was a great location for everything we had planned. Saw a review that commented on the dishes being dirty and we found the same thing. Other than that we didn’t have any complaints, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Academy visit
We turned a college visit into our vacation. This house was located within minutes to many great places to visit, including the Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak, The Garden of Gods, Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds.

Enjoyable Stay
The house and amenities were spot on and the location was situated well to meet our dining requirements. The only minor areas of improvement included the furniture - a bit rigid for people of a certain age (my fault for being old) and some of the missing door knobs.
Overall, the house and service was great and fit my lodging requirements perfectly.

Vrbo review
Beds were comfortable. Linens great.
Neighborhood was quiet.
Sand or salt in a container on the porch would have been nice as there is no stair rail (only 2 or 3 steps but were icy).
kitchen was well equipped.
Location was convenient to Garden of the Gods, Colorado City but farther than we expected from the home we were visiting. We did have a good time.

Would not recommend
This place was a disappointment. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, the outside area was very small, no grass and a dirty grill was on a very dilapidated outdoor table. The first floor bathroom is tiny and the door to it is hard to close. The upstairs bedrooms were very hot (even in October). There is no air conditioning. The downstairs bedroom has a missing fire alarm with wires hanging down.

Great For Families!
Great, clean property in a great location. Right in the middle of town and just a few minutes from almost anything you'd want to do. Really liked that they had a few toys for the kids and didn't have any fancy/breakable decorations that we had to hide when we arrived. Highly recommend for families!

A nice stay in a great area
Me and my friends were looking for a place to relax at and see the sights of Colorado Springs. This house fit the bill perfectly, covering all categories. It was clean, warm, inviting and had plenty of space. The parking was a little rough, and we had to get the WiFi working ourselves since someone unplugged the router, but we figured it out and the rest of the weekend was wonderful. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a nice weekend in Csprings

Mostly very good
The location was wonderful. The house was very clean and quite charming. Two big negatives for us - which may not be an issue for others. 1st the second bathroom is tiny with an “airplane” sized sink. You really can’t use to wash. It also has a pocket door and offers very little privacy. Most importantly though - the house is freezing. We went during a very cold week and it’s very possible the unusual temperatures caused a big change. But the inside temperature never reached 65 degrees even with the heat on and everything closed. The basement is open and causes a major draft upwards. The house gets and stays cold. In the spring and summer it probably isn’t an issue at all. But during a cold wintertime event? It was not bearable. Good location. Well maintained. But beware of the weather and size.
