Step through the front door and find yourself in an open, attractive common room with living and dining areas, decorated with elegant and comfortable modern furniture and a soothing color palette.
The living area is perfect for long conversations and family movie nights, with a large wall-mounted TV opposite a sofa and loveseat clustered around a coffee table.
On the other end of the room, you’ll find a lovely dining table with seating for 6. The dining area is entirely open to the kitchen with an unobstructed view between rooms.

Close to Fort Carson.
The house at 3533 Chimayo Drive Colorado Springs Colorado was exactly how it was presented in the photographs.
We had problems. Most were resolved before we left
The house was filthy.
I called 719-344-9974 and spoke to someone. He was very polite as I explained the situation. He asked me to take pictures -I did and sent to him. At 7:30pm he informed me a cleaning crew could not come until morning. I had to buy cleaning supplies /clean house before unpacking.
Very comfortable. Will stay here again.
