The Bear Paw Cabin (built in the 1940's), is a two bedroom, 1.5 bath home that can sleep six with hot tub and high speed wireless internet. Note that the tub/shower is a clawfoot.

Home is open year round and located in the small resort like town of Green Mountain Falls, and within walking distance to many of those vacation activities you would expect in a resort community.

The home is in a residential mountain community. You will smile at the carved bear waving his paw beckoning you to come and enjoy this special get away. From the front porch, you have an inviting swing for two with the sounds of the fountain in the lake and children laughing in the distance. You will also find a short walk to the lake to see swans, and ducks inviting you to come for a hand in hand walk around the lake and enjoy the gazebo.

The back yard is a private getaway with views of the mountains and not too distant sounds of water falls. It offers a private hot tub, gas BBQ and furniture for your outside dining.

The home is decorated in the flavor of the period with warm cozy mix of leather, rich woods, down comforters and great appointments.

The master bedroom provides a private get away with a queen-size bed, cozy quilt and down comforter in addition to a reading area with its own TV. There is a queen-size bed in the second bedroom.

You will not be for want of anything in this luxury accommodation as we supply everything that you would expect in a fully equipped home, some of which are bedding and towels, to condiments, coffee, cleaning products for dishes/laundry and more.

Our previous guests state this is one of the most fully equipped vacation homes they have ever enjoyed and that we have thought of everything. We even supply fishing poles and some tackle for you to use at the lake across from the park.

Green Mountain Falls, in and of itself, is a wealth of year round activities offering many opportunities for building those vacation memories. You can find out all about this small resort community on the web.

CABIN OCCUPANCY LIMITS
Cabin occupancy limit of six for this cabin is strictly enforced.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

You must be 21 years or older to secure reservation.

Credit card is required for payment.

50% deposit is required at booking.

Rental fees for reservations are due in full 60 days in advance of the date on which the reservation begins and will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation.

Rental fees for reservations made less than 60 days in advance are due in full at the time the reservation is made.

Reservations shall not be transferred or assigned unless pre-approved.

CANCELLATION FEE
Before 60 days of arrival, there is a 15% Cancellation fee of the original booking total including tax and cleanout.

REFUNDS
Within 60 days of arrival 15% Cancellation fee as noted above applies. Remainder will be refunded ONLY if the home can be re-rented.

We recommend you check out travel insurance for your stay with us.

DAMAGE
Charges will be made for any broken or missing items & for any damages to furnishings & equipment in the amount necessary to replace and/or repair said items.

An additional cleaning charge will be made if any unusual or excessive cleaning is required when the tenant has checked out.
