Welcome to this recent and bright villa located in Colonzelle, a charming village in Provençal Drôme. On a single level, it offers comfort, coolness and tranquillity for relaxing family holidays. It can accommodate up to 7 people, with 3 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom.



The house of approximately 134m² includes:



• A spacious and friendly living area: lounge, dining room and open and equipped kitchen, directly opening onto the outdoor terrace

• A cooling floor for more comfort in summer

Aufgrund das wir leider erst vor Ort erfahren haben, das ein Badezimmer nicht fertig renoviert war. Die Dusche konnte nicht benutzt werden, Badewanne zum Duschen nicht geeeignet und im zweiten Bad der Duschablauf sehr müffelte plus keine Badezimmertüre hier vorhanden war, trübte das ganze den Urlaubsstart. Der Pool scheint zwar über Solar beheizbar zu sein, diese kann jedoch nicht auf die gewünschte Crad Zahl eingestellt werden. Der Grill vor Ort ist leider nicht für mehr als 2 Personen geeignet. Schade eigentlich. Der Blick hingegen und die Lage ist hervorragende. Die Kühlung über den Boden funktioniert gut, leider nicht für jeden Raum separat zu steuern.

Beautiful and relaxing

We stayed for a week in the summer. We enjoyed it very much! It was calm and the view of the surroundings (incl. Mont Ventoux) was great. Ideal for short break to discover this beautiful part of France. The house was big and well equiped.

Heerlijk verblijf met mooi uitzicht

Het was een fijn en overzichtelijk huis met heerlijk privezwembad en mooie ligging. Rustig gebied met veel wijngaarden, een bezoekje waard. Vlakbij prachtig dorpje Grignan met op dinsdag een leuke markt. Goed contact en communicatie met verhuurders. Dank! Fam. Terwel dinsdag een leuke markt!
