Lake Cottage Visit

Cute cottage on the lake! We enjoyed used the paddle boat, coffee on the deck, and the comfy recliners! Everything was just as described in the listing. Host communication was great and very responsive. Look forward to staying again!

Quaint, Clean, Comfortable, Convenient!

My two sisters and I came to Colon to serve as judges at the 2025 MAGIC CITY GRILL FEST (in June) and were thrilled to find a place that offered us convenience, just a few stairs to climb (we're all over 60), cleanliness, airy comfort, decent beds and linens, a cute coffee bar that included a nice selection of K-cups, and a beautiful view of the boat channel to relax in front of on the spacious comfy-seated deck. We also loved that there were ceiling fans in every room, amazing A/C (it was in the high 90s during our stay), live plants that added a perky look to the ambiance, fluffy towels, clean carpet-free flooring, comfy living room chairs, all situated in an older neighborhood with minimal outside noises.We LOVED the gift basket of goodies, too. Ours featured super fancy cookies, snacks, a mini cake, and a bottle of Rose wine-delightful! We had a wonderful stay!
