Saubere, schöne Wohnung im in die Jahre gekommenen Wohnblock

Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber gewesen und schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Check In und Check Out haben problemlos funktioniert.Der Wohnblock in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist schon älter und hat dagegen einen eher ungepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen.Die Verfügbarkeit des Tiefgaragenparkplatzes ist super, da abends in der näheren Umgebung Parkplätze Mangelware sind.Unser Fazit: Wer Tagesausflüge in die weitere Umgebung plant, ist mit dieser Wohnung gut beraten.

Der erste Eindruck vom Außenbereich war etwas ernüchternd: Müll auf den Treppen von der Tiefgarage, ein ungepflegtes Treppenhaus und ein Parkplatz mit Sperrmüll und Autos, an denen gebastelt wurde – das wirkte leider wenig einladend.Doch sobald man die Wohnung betritt, ist es, als würde man in eine ganz andere Welt eintauchen: modern, sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und richtig gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.Das sichere Parken in der Tiefgarage war ein Pluspunkt.Ein Tipp an den Vermieter: Mit regelmäßiger Kontrolle des Außenbereichs, z. B. durch einen Hausmeister, würde der Gesamteindruck perfekt werden.Wir würden bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Tolle FerienwToller Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist leider nicht so toll, aber nicht davon abschreckend lassen. Für ein Auto ist ein Platz in der abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage reserviert.
