Die Unterkunft hat eigentlich alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Küche mit vorhandenen Küchengeräten im gutem Zustand, Wohnzimmer mit jeweils zwei Betten und Flachbildschirmen usw. Alles im sauberen und vernünftigen Zustand.Tiefgarage leicht zu finden mit eigenem Stellplatz. Im Kiosk um die Ecke bekommt man die üblichen Dinge. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat einwandfrei funktioniert.Die Gebäude der Wohnanlagen haben sicher die besten Jahre hinter sich, aber das Apartment selbst ist in einem guten Zustand und für diesen Preis natürlich zu empfehlen.

Leider war das alles andere als erholsam. Bei FeWo wurde eine andere Adresse hinterlegt und so sind wir erst zum Wohnpark nach Bergheim gefahren, aber der aktuelle Wohnpark ist in Ahe. Uns wurde 2 Tage vor Anreise ein anderes Apartment zugewiesen.Der einzige Vorteil ist, dass die Gastgeberin schnell antwortet aber sehr faul Gästen gegenüber steht. Den Schlüssel musste man selbst bei der Gastgeberin auf der anderen Seite der Blocks abholen. Die Tiefgarage ist schlicht und einfach gehalten und durch das Treppenhaus NICHT zu erreichen. Es ist nicht gerade die schönste Gegend vom Lärm der Bewohner und dem Dreck. Die Wohnung ist sporadisch eingerichtet und Oberflächlich sauber. Für das Geld viel zu teuer.

Hübsche Wohnung in herausfordernder Umgebung.:-) Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön eingerichtet, absolut konträr zu dem Haus an sich und seiner Umgebung.
