To avoid. We have payed 1 room for 2 days that we have not been able to take. We have not been able to have the keys for the room even if we had payed for it in advance and called the hotel several times some hours before and after the check-in hours to have the check-in instructions and the code to take the key of the room. The telephone proposed in the platform is a voicemail, no one has answered or called us back. Text messages are only answered by Expedia, not by the hotel. Finally, we have had to take another hotel in order to have a place to sleep. Expedia is trying to contact the hotel for the reimboursment, but the hotel is not answering. It will be long and not sure if we are going to be reimboursed. To avoid

Vorsicht Fake!!! Wir hatten für 1 Nacht ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht. Per Email habe ich mehrere Nachrichten erhalten, u.a. mit einer Telefonnummer bei der ich mich melden sollte, um den Schlüssel bei Anreise zu erhalten. Vorher mussten wir 116€ für das Zimmer überweisen. Als wir ankamen, ging zunächst niemand ans Telefon. Ich habe auf den Anrufbeantworter gesprochen und noch mehrmals versucht, jemanden zu erreichen. Ca. 40 Minuten später wurde ich dann endlich von einem Mann zurückgerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer nicht zu vermieten sei. Angeblich hätte man mir eine Email gesendet, um das Zimmer zu stornieren. Das stimmt aber nicht. Im Gegenteil. Ich habe später am Abend noch eine Mail erhalten in der stand, dass wir die Zimmerschlüssel bei der Abreise auf dem Tisch deponieren sollen usw. Nun muss ich sehen, wie ich das Geld zurückerstattet bekomme...... Es ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit, ein Zimmer anzubieten, sich bezahlen zu lassen und es dann nicht zur Verfügung zu stellen!!! Wir haben mit viel Glück ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel gefunden
