Staying at the hotel was challenging because I didn’t fully understand how things worked. Reception was not 24 hours so that made it challenging and when I did talk to someone at the front desk. He talked down to me and said “read, read everything its’s in the hotel on a qr code!!” The qr code was really tiny and when I put my bag on the table, I didn’t even see it until after he talked to me and I went searching for it. Also the tv never worked. And the water in the shower turned iced cold and reception was closed.

Great family room

We stayed here as prices in Cologne were expensive. Trains run very frequently and take 20 mins. Not a lot in Troisdorf but a great clean, quiet and comfortable base. Would recommend this hotel

My experience with B & B

The stay was acceptable however the attitude of the reception was very bad. They didn't send passing codes to us and he was acting so rude. Generally the place is comfortable but they need to include electrical kettles in the room.
