ACCOMMODATION:
 The estate of 15,000 square meters consists of a house of 150 square meters with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It has two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and kitchen. Externally it has an additional summer kitchen, next to an Argentine barbecue, outdoor baths and showers and the pool, which allows you to enjoy a formidable outdoor space completely autonomous from the main house. The rent of the house includes the use of the kitchen with all the household, heating and hot water, all household linen (sheets, towels, blankets) and wood for the fireplace in winter.

The plot is totally independent and surrounded by olive groves. It has more than 70 fruit trees and an organic garden.

THE ENVIRONMENT:
The farm is located between Aranjuez and Colmenar de Oreja, and 7km from Chinchón.

Activities and attractions:
Visit the historic towns of the area: Colmenar de Oreja, Chinchón and Aranjuez.
Walks through the mountains adjacent to the farm. Enjoy an absolutely calm and healthy environment.
Half an hour by car from Parque Warner Madrid.

Buen lugar para desconectar y pasar buenos ratos con los amigos. Se encuentra en una zona muy aislada, lo que permite estar más tranquilo. La propietaria de la casa es muy servicial y atenta. Lo recomiendo.

Gratamente sorprendida

Las imágenes de HomeAway ya dejaban intuir un alojamiento agradable pero, aun así, mis compañeras y yo pensamos que no le hace justicia, ya que el entorno y la casa son incluso más bonitos y acogedores de lo que muestran las fotos. El trato de la dueña y del personal de mantenimiento ha sido excelente, han sido atentos antes, durante y tras la estancia, y siempre tratándonos de forma amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo necesario: se nota qeu se preocupan porque los inquilinos disfruten de la estancia. En cuanto al lugar, es precioso, como ya he dicho, y tiene multitud de opciones: piscina, barbacoa, porche... así como una extensión de campo preciosa. La casa está equipada con todo lo que se puede necesitar (el único fallo es que el agua no es potable) y hasta me atrevo a decir que está totalmente preparada para una larga estancia. Mi única queja es que no tiene accesibilidad más allá de tranporte individual, de manera que si careces de coche estás resignado a permanecer en la finca, sin poder desplazarte a visitar el pueblo o a realizar cualquier compra. En reusmen: una experiencia INCREÍBLE. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta finca, que, además, tiene una relación calidad-precio excelente.

Casa fantástica para una escapada cerca de Madrid, la zona de las vegas está por descubrir y muy cerquita de pueblos como Colmenar o Chinchón que están muy cerca para tomar aperitivo o comer.
