Apartment in the heart of nature - heated swimming pool

Fully equipped cottage for 2 people (possibility of 1 extra bed for a 3rd person child or adult), kitchen, bathroom and private terrace with beautiful view. Beautiful swimming pool (14m). Tranquility and absolute calm. Access to the village with many shops and restaurants 20 minutes walk. Direct access to hiking in the heart of the valley of the Moors. Access to the nearest beaches (La Londe) is 30 minutes drive.

The accommodation is an independent studio and adjoining the main house of the owner. It is fully equipped: independent bathroom, kitchen dinner, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The room overlooks the private terrace and the beautiful view. The dining kitchen overlooks the private terrace and the beautiful view of the Massif des Maures.

You have access to all the private areas related to the studio and the terrace. Regarding access to the pool and its terrace there is no limit to its use as well as equipment (deckchairs and tables) made available. Regarding the use of the terrace of the pool it is possible to make meals (lunch or dinner) at no extra cost provided you get along with the owner. Concretely, it happens very often that you have the pool only for you but it is not systematic! The plot of 4000 m2 around the house is open (not fenced), that is to say that you can go to the hiking trails or walk in the forest directly from the garden.

For your stay I am at your disposal to make you discover the region, the places to visit and why not, share an aperitif or a meal if you wish (because I like to receive!) but also to let you peacefully enjoy the tranquility of the place and not disturb you!

The accommodation is in the heart of the forest of the Moors, on land overlooking vineyards and hills in a Provencal environment, with an impression of space and volume! It is 20 minutes walk from the village of Collobrières (3 minutes by car) where you will find restaurants, shops and especially a village of charm and character!

The best way of transportation in the valley of the Moors is the bike! It's a paradise for cyclists. If you do not have one, you will drive to go outside the village.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

A Wonderful cottage in the heart of the forest with pool and patio

We have just arrived back from 2 weeks staying in this idyllic cottage. The photos that have been posted don't do it justice! The owner Bruno and his father Christoph are very accommodating and are available to answer any questions. With regards to The pool, it is available to use between the hours of 11am and 8pm . And whenever we wanted to go in it we were left in peace but we wouldn't have minded if the owners wànted to use it too. The cottage is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and oven. The only negative I would say is that there should be a bug net at the front door as the mosquitoes are lethal and because of this we had to keep the door shut at all times otherwise they would get in, which they did and 3 bottles of jungle formula later and still got bitten! There is a net at the bedroom window and bathroom window too. The town is a 20 minute walk down hill which we walked on a number of occasions, but take a torch if walking back at night as is pitch black! It has lovely restaurants and bars, a lovely town square with a fresh water fountain which apparently turns to wine on the 15th August for one day! and a little supermarket but the nearest big supermarket is in Pierrefue which is only 10 minute drive away. Bruno has a lovely Rhodesian Ridgeback dog called Nimba who after a couple of barks and tentative sniffs came to see us almost every day . He is absolutely gorgeous. So, thank you Bruno for a lovely memorable break and maybe see you again one day!:Heide and Kevin
