COVID-19 INFORMATION: Dear guests, to ensure your comfort and safety, we have implemented enhanced hygiene measures in our accommodation before your arrival: cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, a minimum of 4 hours of ventilation throughout the entire house, washing of sheets and bath towels at 60 degrees Celsius, etc.
Linens (bed sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and pillowcases, bath towels and mats, dish towels, and blankets), as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are payable on the day of arrival, upon key handover by the local agency, for a flat fee of €180 per stay. This amount is not included in the booking price.
Sleeping and living areas are separated by a sliding door. Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160 cm). French doors with a magnificent view of the open sea. Bathroom 1 with shower, towel warmer, toilet, and sink.
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be joined to make a queen-size bed (160 cm)).
- Bathroom 2 with shower, towel warmer, toilet, and sink.
- Living area:
This is the main living area, comprising the kitchen, a central island with a dining table, and the lounge.
The fitted kitchen includes a 4-burner induction hob with integrated extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The lounge has a large 4-seater sofa, two coffee tables, and two natural rattan armchairs.
The exterior includes a large terrace with a dining table and two sun loungers, as well as a balcony with a view of the Collioure bell tower.
The roller shutters are electric.

wir hatten noch nie eine so saubere und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung gemietet. Scheinbar waren wir die ersten Mieter nach der Renovierung. Jedes Detail war vorhanden und ein toller Ansprechpartner. Danke dafür!Perfekte Lage, alles fußläufig. Parkplatz am Haus oder Tiefgarage.Gerne wieder

un séjour tout confort
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cet appartement. Une vue extraordinaire…..Tout s’est extrêmement bien passé.le logement très propre et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités pour découvrir Coullioure et ses alentours.Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour agréable.

Superbe séjour les pieds dans l’eau
Nous avons passé une semaine des plus agréables dans l’appartement de Francis, une pépite!!! Ce logement a été fraichement rénové, avec beaucoup de goût et tout le confort nécessaire pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Et quelle vue sur la mer et sur Collioure, avec l’impression d’être sur un bateau tellement la mer est proche!! Super accueil de la part de Pascal. A refaire!!!
