The 68 m² apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is located in a luxury, new (delivery June 2023), private and secure residence, 300 from the "Batteries" cove. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The apartment has access to two beaches/creek. It has a private parking space in a secure garage in the residence basement (maximum vehicle height 1.90 m, elevator access). Wifi included. We're waiting for you !

Great stay! This place was just built in July 2023 and was very clean and accommodating. Water and some great apricot juice were included. Our host was very nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
