Charming and spacious studio with mezzanine, suitable for 4-5 people, located on the 2nd floor of a quiet village house in the center of Collioure, less than 100 meters from all shops. Enjoy a view of the tip of the beach from the French windows, with access to the faubourg beach just a short walk away. This fully equipped rental was completely refurbished in early 2010 and features an entrance opening onto a large living room with a modern fitted kitchen, ample storage, pressure cooker, toaster, electric coffee maker, microwave oven with grill, extractor hood, granite worktop, and a granite dining table. The bathroom includes a shower cubicle and WC. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed for two, and on the mezzanine, a second sofa bed for two people, plus a single bed in a niche. Additional amenities include a storage area, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The area is 36.54 m². Well-behaved pets are allowed. Holiday checks are accepted directly by the owner. Tourist tax is applicable per person per day. During the winter months, electricity is charged in addition to the rental amount, based on actual consumption.
