Collioure is a historic city located by the sea, close to Spain and the Pyrenees. This city known for its Church, its castle and its world renowned painters is also a seaside resort. The apartment is located in a quiet, leafy residential composed of small chalets Catalan 2 storeys. The residence is secured with video surveillance, a farm gate entrance. The opening is through the use of a remote control which is paid to tenants.
The apartment of 72 square meters is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and very quiet and cool. It is equipped with WI-FI .A small private courtyard, quiet, shaded, located behind the apartment is ideal for reading, rest or even nap.
For children the apartment is close to the beach without crossing a road.
The location of this apartment allows you to be in Collioure without using the car, everything can be done on foot.

Appartement très bien situé.

Hébergement très bien situé et très calme. On peut tout faire à pieds.Par contre une climatisation ou au moins 2 ventilateursseraient indispensables car il faisait en moyenne plus de 30 dans les chambres.De plus la salle de bain et les toilettes ne ferment pas àclés ce qui est gênant et la WIFI fonctionne par intermittence.

Ons verblijf was fantastisch. Boven verwachting zelfs. Het appartement was comfortabel en op een heel handige locatie, dichtbij strand, centrum en bus. Ook dichtbij 2-wekelijkse markt en gezellige restaurantjes op loopafstand. En Collioure zelf een paradijselijke plek.

Un excellent séjour

Pour le 3ème séjour dans l'appartement de Monsieur Pallard à Collioure, nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits . Celui-ci est spacieux, fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre même en pleine chaleur : la terrasse au nord-est ,nous permet d'y manger midi et soir sans problème. Cet appartement est très bien situé, dans une résidence calme et très proche des plages, des commerces et du centre-ville.

séjour idéal dans une résidence agréable

Appartement assez spacieux et fonctionnel, en tout cas pour 2 personnes ce fut parfait. Problème avec la connexion internet : impossible de se connecter. mais bon, être déconnectée pendant 15 jours n'est pas plus mal ! l'essentiel reste le magnifique village de collioure, la proximité des commerces et surtout de la mer. et avantage supplémentaire : le stationnement gratuit dans la résidence. je recommande cette location qui peut aisément accueillir une famille avec enfants.

Tout est très bien Tout de même, vivement la fibre (elle est en cours de déploiement) car même avec un débit descendant de 8M ça rame en débit montant... ce qui oblige à faire du chacun son tour pour les enfants... Et oui les ados apprécient plus le débit que du super emplacement. Nous persos c'est le cadre qui est super.

Appartement central sans les inconvénients de la recherche d’une place de parking.

Arrivés pour le We de l’Ascension: chaleur et foule, nous avons choisi de visiter l’arrière pays moins prisé mais gagnant.Dans un rayon de 30km on peut se faire plaisir tous les jours.l’appartement est bien situé mais un rafraîchissement général serait le bienvenu.

L'appartement très bien situé, au calme, est grand et fonctionnel. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. Par contre, je trouve anormal que désormais, ABRITEL encaisse la caution et ceci pendant une période parfois de plus d'un mois avant de la restituer.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement, dans la résidence que nous connaissions déjà et qui est notre coup de coeur sur Collioure pour sa situation idéale: proche de la plage et du centre et son cadre agréable : calme et arboré. L'appartement est spacieux, parfaitement équipé et propre, rien à redire. Il est aussi très frais, bien en cas de forte chaleur. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été parfait et, en tant que premiers locataires suite au déconfinement, nous le remercions particulièrement pour son sérieux dans les mesures prises suite au COVID, vraiment sérieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
