Charming and Large Studio for 4-5 people in a quiet village house on the 2nd floor, in the center of COLLIOURE, 100 m from the shops. View of the tip of the beach from the French doors, access to the so-called Faubourg beach 100 m away.
This rental with mezzanine, fully equipped was completely renovated in 2010, it consists of an entrance overlooking a large living room with a modern fitted kitchen Arthur Bonnet and a multitude of cupboards, pressure cooker, toaster, electric coffee maker, microwave oven with grill, electric extractor hood, granite worktop, granite table for meals, bathroom with closed shower cubicle and WC. In the living room, color TV with flat screen + TNT, BZ 140 sofa with sleeping for 2 people + 1 double bed on the mezzanine for a second sleeping for 2 people + 1 sleeping in a niche in 80 for 1 person. storage area, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Surface of 36.54 m2.
