Very pleasant studio of approximately 28m2 for 2-3 people on the 1st floor, in a residence in the heart of the Faubourg with the possibility of parking. Composed of an entrance, a main room with a lounge area and a sleeping area (a double bed), TV, kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, separate bathroom with WC. View of the mill and Fort St Elme.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
