Refurbished studio, equipped for 3 people with beautiful bay view and Fort St Elme located on the 1st floor with private parking space.
It consists of a kitchen equipped with an oven, washing machine, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Night area, a sofa bed for two people and a 90 cm bed for one person. A bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. From a loggia with its magnificent view. Completely renovated apartment.

Town center accessible in 10 minutes on foot, beach 15 minutes.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
