In a quiet residence apartment with sea view on the ground floor -1 equipped for 2 people including: entrance, cabin, living room with kitchen area (electric hob, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer) opening onto a terrace, bathroom water, separate WC. Private parking space in a covered garage.

Wohnung naja, Lage toll

Die Lage war gut, direkt am Meer. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war allerdings dürftig, es gab weder 2 gleiche Tassen noch 2 Weingläser, dafür aber Besteck mit Goldauflage. Der Staubsauger musste aus Platzgründen im Raum mit dem WC untergebracht werden. Dass die Wohnung klein ist, wussten wir vorher. Aber auch kleine Wohnungen können nett sein, wenn sie vernünftig ausgestattet und möbliert sind. Das war hier nicht der Fall.

Quelques améliorations a apporter sur les capacités de rangement . L agencement n est pas adapté à ce type de logement. Le plus, la vue et l environnement.

La Résidence : " Les Roches Bleues"

Endroit particulièrement appréciable entre Collioure et Port Vendre. Face à la MER, calme, pouvant aisément se rendre à pied dans ces 2 villes agréables et bien différentes. Des balades en bord de mer ou vers l'intérieur qui selon la saison sont de véritables jardins fleuris!
