The property is situated on the crest of a hill and has a magnificent view over the Tiber valley. It is just 50 mn from the center of Rome by car or by train. The nearest train station (Collevecchio) is 5 mn drive from the home. The home is ideally located for excursions to Umbria, Tuscany and the rest of Lazio.
Villa Poggio Sommavilla consists of the main house, 250 sq. m. almost entirely air conditioned. and a small guest house (27 sq. m) air conditioned, surrounded by a private property of 14 hectares planted with olive trees, mediteraneen plants and beautiful roses.
The beautiful garden slopes down to a large swimming pool (15 m X 6 m).
Access to the small village of Poggio Sommavilla.
