This hotel is well placed with free parking and an easy 900mtr walk to Paridiso Metro that whisks you into the centre in 10-minutes for €1.50. There are 3 bars and 2 restuarants on-route on your walk to entice you in for a nightcap too! The rooms are well equipped and clean. Beds superb! I am, however, docking a star and this is for the noise! The hotel corridors and stairways echo and exaggerate sounds like a drum! People running around playing "hide and seek" until the early hours - giggling, screaming, laughing, shouting. Hotel staff did nothing to control this charade! It happened every night of our stay and reading other reviews it appears to be a problem. Overall though, a great choice and well worth the €80 per night incl. the great breakfast!

Enjoyed my stay. Staff friendly and spoke English. Food at the restaurant was delicious and well prepared. The Head Chef and his staff helpful and friendly. The menu is also in English. Will stay here again.

Very nice...! The place is very homey...! I step often for work on lunch break but I especially love the breakfasts...! The staff is very friendly and helpful...! I recommend everyone... ! You have to try..!

Family room, huge, clean, great service. Well-priced with friendly staff and good breakfast. Not too far from the centre of the city so well located but in a quiet residential zone. Book online for best deals

What a great find. Perfect service. The front desk and staff treated us like family. We could walk to the train station from the hotel. Rooms were huge. Plenty of parking right out front. Good continental breakfast in the morning. Small bar for cafe or apero in the evenings. Highly recommended!

Hotel is located next to an important road that goes around Turin. It is close to the underground station but far from Turin city center. Rooms are clean but small. restaurant in the hotel is not so good, but there is few very good restaurants in the walking distance. Staff of the hotel is not friendly and they refuse to speak englsih and never smile. Wifi is good.

We stayed with a large group of a pre-arranged trip including children, the hotel itself is not fancy but is not in deplorable condition, the exterior looks nothing exciting but it was pleasant and reassuring to see that the rooms were appropriate and clean. The reception staff is not as helpful or maybe they were a bit overwhelmed with the 50+ people trying to check in, however it was fast and the rooms were ready even though we got there before noon. The hotel is only 10 min walk to the Paradiso subway station, the area is actually called Collegno, a bit of ugly industrial looking area but is not hard to reach downtown and the subway service is efficient-runs about every 5 mins-about 7 stops to Porta Nuova/10min ride and runs until midnight except for Mondays, the schedule is there at the station so you know what time you can take it. Nearby there is a pharmacy (I needed something and was good to find one) also I saw a carrefour supermarket across the subway station, a few food places and a bar, however we had food included so we only ate out two times that we were out shopping. The rooms were good and clean, there was a mini fridge, toiletries and sleepers like usual, bed was a bit hard but not bad. Lots of tv channels but mostly Italian, english news and the housekeepers did a good job, even gave us extra towels for the day they didn't clean the room at our request. Rooms are freshly painted and curtains are thick ,however the walls are not very sound proofing, still no noticeable noises to disturb us. The breakfast was generous with a selection of bread and pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, bacon and sausages, coffee, fruit and juices. They also had a diet/gluten free small selection. Since we had prearranged lunch and dinner, I have to compliment the chef and his team, they were kind and very accommodating for the times we ask to get served, the course meals were not very large portions but surprisingly enough to be satisfied. Good and tasty pasta as entree as well as deserts were very well made, unfortunately the waitresses/waiters sometimes were a bit slow between the first and second courses, a bit disorganized on the way to serve each table which made a lot of the children impatient. The food was well seasoned and we really enjoyed the selection. Can I recommend this hotel? Yes, if you are expecting a decent clean hotel, staff is not intrusive nor very attentive which is ok for me. The hotel is basic and I would probably come back instead of choosing something else since it had no major faults. Dogs are also allowed too and Italy is quite pet friendly so it was good to see that your well behaved pet is also welcomed. Very good stay for 4 days.

To be honest i booked 1 night over internet without looking into detsils because in urgent need and short time for selecting. I only slept. No restaurant no breakfast so can't give a comment. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doubleroom was a rather comfortable. Free payperview tv , good bed and though nearby a traffic Street the night was not at all noisy. For 1 night and go i would recommend especially if find a special rate

We visited Turin to take our daughter to compere in the world slalom skating championship there. Found the Hotel with little difficulty and were absolutely delighted with our 3 bed room. Comfortable double bed for us and an excellent single bed for our daughter. Superb bathroom, shower, toilet, bidet sink etc. Plenty of towels. Railway line behind was an irritation rather than a problem. Breakfast excellent, restaurant in the hotel saved us going out at night. Reasonably priced, we would recommend to anyone whatever their reason for a visit.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel visiting family in Turin. The hotel was clean comfortable large room and breakfast was good with a fairly good selection. Staff were very helpful Wi Fi was good and strong all the time and the hotel has a good laundry service. Even though it was situated in a light industrial area it was quiet it suited us because it was close to family. It was walking distance to the Metropol ( under ground rail ) which took you to the city center with in 15 minutes. We would recommend this hotel if you are staying in this area.
