Beautiful new home less than 10 miles from Kyle Field. Quiet, secluded neighborhood just outside the city limits. PERFECT FOR GAME DAY WEEKENDS!! During your stay you will have complete access to the entire home. The house is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath that sits on 1 acre of land. The living space of the home is open and spacious with quartz counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances with all the amenities you need for a comfortable weekend in Aggieland!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 4 bathrooms and space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.

No loud music/noise after 11PM - any complaints from neighbors or police visitation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of property. Please be sure to only park in the driveway.
We provide plenty of trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel and basic shampoo/conditioner, bath soap and makeup towels (black) for your convivence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
