Great location to visit towns in the area. Lovely grocery store in town with everything you need. Bathrooms/bedrooms were cleanOverstocked kitchenBeautiful back patio with lovely view of the countrysidePool is great for children, not so much for adults. Could use a bit more seating around the pool and definitely a couple of umbrellas for shade

A perfect villa for a large family. The air conditioning in the upstairs and first floor sleeping areas worked very well. There is no AC in the basement sleeping area or the common areas, but they remained relatively cool. The outdoor area has a great pool, patio, and olive grove/garden. The location is very secure and within easy driving of pretty much anywhere you may want to visit in Tuscany. Do yourself a favor and avoid booking through VRBO. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in fees that can be easily avoided by simply booking directly with the property. VRBO provides no value for these fees, they are an unnecessary middleman.

A wonderful stay in the Tuscan countryside

My family and I stayed here for almost a full week in the spring, and had an amazing time. The host was extremely responsive about the check-in process leading up to the stay, during the stay whenever we had any issues, and even after our stay when we needed to recover an item that was left behind. There were some slight hiccups with the house during our stay (garage door opener was out of batteries one time and the shower drain clogged one time), but the host was proactive as can be and quick to offer support. Otherwise, the property was gorgeous, and made for a near perfect trip. Would stay here again in the future!

Tuscan beauty

Lovely well-equipped home with space and easy privacy for family groups. Lovely property with local flora and magnificent views. Pool pleasant but shallow - for cooling off but not swimming. Note: house is large and has separate (entrance, parking,property) rental section. Pool only for you however and still good privacy.

Perfect Villa for our Family Group of 7

We were a multi-generational family group of 7 and this villa was perfect for us! The villa was well-stocked with everything we needed and had a laundry room for our use. We used the villa as our central location to go on many day trips over our week stay. Francesca and her team were very communicative and great to work with. She also arranged a home-cooked meal for us at the villa and it was fantastic! Definitely listen to their advice of NOT following your navigation to get to the villa until a certain point (part of our group learned that the hard way). We would definitely come back, and recommend staying here.

Beautiful location to relax and unwind

This was our first time renting a villa in Tuscany, and it did not disappoint. Not only was the property and the location fantastic, but so was the property management group Best of Mas. Extremely accommodating to make sure how trip was easy and perfect in every way. The additional services we selected, rental car and chef dinner at the villa exceeded our expectations. Can't say enough about the amazing view, the care and details of the inside and outside spaces, and the location. This place is amazing and we would highly recommend it to anyone planning on vacationing in Tuscany. Perfect for multiple couples or families. Lots of space for everyone. Ciao Italy...until we meet again.

Amazing stay

This listing is a great description of the villa. My friends and I had an amazing stay here. The house is perfect and very spacious with everything you'd need in a home away from home. The location cannot be beat; we were able to travel to Florence, Siena, Chianti, San Gimignano, and more small towns very easily from the villa. And, when we wanted to stay home and relax, the amenities were perfect. Communication with our hosts was easy and very pleasant; they even sent a handyman to fix a broken umbrella in a timely manner. This was a perfect stay. We cannot recommend this villa enough. We will certainly be back!
