The location is ideal for exploring the cultural and culinary highlights of Tuscany. San Gimignano with its iconic medieval towers is only 14 km away, and Siena, Florence and Arezzo are all easily accessible for day trips. Colle val d’Elsa, known for its crystal glass production, is just a 10-minute drive and offers supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The nearby villages of Campiglia and Le Grazie have a few small local stores, and nature lovers will enjoy the Parco fluviale dell'Alta Val d'Elsa with its 4-km-long SentierElsa walking trail – perfect for a riverside picnic.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt
Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück mit sehr guter Betreuung durch den Hausbesitzer selbst. Wir hatten schon viele Häuser in der Toskana, aber dieses Haus ist mit Abstand das Beste. Der Standort liegt zentral für Besuche von San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni, Colle di Val d‘ Elsa etc. Vielen Dank an die Verwaltung von To Toskana und Lorenzo.
