The beach house is fully self-contained and is within a 10-minute drive to the local convenience store, Freycinet National Park and recreational attractions right on your doorstep.
Wren Cottage has gorgeous views overlooking Great Oyster Bay and 9 Mile Beach perfect for the holiday maker who just wants to relax and soak up the natural surrounds this quaint beach house has to offers.
This 3 bedroom house has a sleeping capacity of 6 and offers a large open plan living room/dining with a sliding door giving access to a spacious deck where you can use the BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining overlooking the views.
The large yard offers plenty of space for the children to play cricket, footy or indulge in whatever other activities they wish.
The house is only a 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the local golf course and right on the entrance of the Swan River which is renowned for its bream fishing.
Other attractions on offer are Quad Bike tours, Guided Kayak Tours, Fishing, Bird Watching and Bush Walking in the world renowned Freycinet National Park.
