We will soon be offering an apartment downstairs for rent with all the amenities for 4 people.

Fall in love with Colebrook and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Beautiful pristine lakes and, an incredible snowmobile system that borders Maine and Vermont and extends to Canada. Fishing, ATV, Snowshoeing or just hanging out.

Sits on 12 acres and has a view of Dixville Notch and the Windmills
1/4 mile to the groomed snowmobile trails.

2 Bedrooms plus loft sleeps 8. The 8th person sleeps on a futon in the loft. The kitchen table opens up to seat 8.
1 full bath with walk-in shower and double vanity & 1 half bath in loft bedroom

We have an apartment in the basement of the home where we occasionally stay on some weekends and it will be for rent in May.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a dining table. Limited housekeeping is available.

Great Snowmobiling Trip!

We were one of the first guests to stay at the property and had a great time. Very clean and modern appliances with comfortable beds. It was maybe 1/4 mile to the main snowmobile trails. Living room space is a little small but the rest of it is great. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic property with stunning views! Plenty of flat parking for two big trucks with 4 place trailers! Host was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. 10 out of 10, will definitely stay again!
