Escape to Lake Breeze Haven, a serene retreat by Lake Livingston. Savor your morning coffee on one of two spacious outdoor patios, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The open-plan living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and comfortable lounging area, perfect for relaxing. Head downstairs for some indoor entertainment. The area is making it the ideal spot for movie night or a game of pool or ping pong. Book now for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway!
Other things to note
The single beds in the fourth bed room can only accommodate kids (or adults young at heart) as these are bunk beds :-)

Lake Access & Boating

One of the best features of our lake house is the direct access to the water! Guests are welcome to swim, float, and enjoy the lake right from the property.

If you plan to bring a boat, please note that our waterfront area is not designed for launching, docking, or mooring boats. The nearest public boat ramp is approximately 20 minutes away by car.

Important: Boats are not permitted to be tied to, docked at, or left alongside our boathouse or dock. Local authorities and/or the HOA may issue fines for violations, and guests will be responsible for any fines or damages resulting from non-compliance.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to sharing our little piece of lake life with you!

Great local getaway

We had a great stay. The kids really enjoyed the dock, swinging and swimming in the lake. We also rented the kayaks and enjoyed doing some exploring. Really appreciated how responsive our host was.

Great Getaway!

The house is well represented in the pictures. Great living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The dock was perfect with a rope swing for kids and adults to enjoy. We would love to come back to this home.

Fun Times at the Lake

House was great. Lots of space, clean, well stocked with essentials. Outdoor patios could use some love. Dock with rope swing was a fav with the kids and grandkids. Good time was had by all!!
