Just outside the studio, all the city's cultural and leisure spaces are easily accessible, such as the São Francisco convent, the Pavilhão Centro de Portugal, the various fado houses in Coimbra, Portugal dos Pequenitos, the World Heritage area UNESCO, including the University of Coimbra and the historic part of the city.
The studio was completely renovated in 2021 and features a careful and functional decoration to provide a warm and relaxed atmosphere for its guests, in addition to all the amenities for a stay in comfort.
