The house has on the upper floor a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor is the living room with a fold-out sofa bed. Half a floor up is an open kitchen with seating area There is a terrace. From the house you have a beautiful view of Grimaud. In the basement is the garage.

The holiday home on the Cote d'Azur is located in a small holiday village overlooking Grimaud, mountains and the bay of Grimaud. A little bit uphill you can also see the bay of St. Tropez at your feet. Mostly you can enjoy the fantastic views directly from the pools in the complex. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with terrace, halfway up the stairs to the kitchen and upstairs bedroom and bathroom and toilet. It can accommodate 4 people. there are about two kilometers from the nearest beach on the Mediterranean Sea. There are three pools (season In the complex: 15th March to 15th Oct), tennis court, Boulé, table tennis and a bistro with baguette sale from 8am.
The vacation home is heated and features a balcony and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
