The property is very pretty with the highlight being the terrace with seating and hessian ‘sails’ to keep parts of it shaded, plus some lovely mature plants, it is an oasis. The room was small but well appointed and very clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is a great jumping point to Port Grimaud and St Tropez - just a ten minute Uber - without the very high prices of staying in those areas. We found amenities in Cogolin to be closed a lot but the Jardin bar and restaurant was superb and well worth a visit. There are enough shops and cafes to be entertained for half a day, in our opinion.

Nice little village about 17min from the Pampalonne beach with a nice country road to get there. Very friendly welcome at the hotel and I recommend the local restaurant Little by Little, 2 min walking distance from the hotel, chill outdoor dinning room behind the restaurant, great food, friendly service and they were playing my favorite Spotify playlist Bosa Nova Chill! Such a great evening we had :)

Great Price and location.

For what you pay and to be in this area, its very good. But expect what you pay for. Its a budget hotel in an expensive area to stay in its not a Ritz. That taking into context the staff were very nice and my room was clean and comfortable and the air con machine worked perfect and your in the town. So if you need a room in this area and don't want to spend silly money then the Coq hotel is definitely for you. To also note, I made a slight mistake on my booking and they were very accommodating. So overall taking into account and that' its a budget type hotel, I would give it 10\10 in this category. And I will definitely stay there again.

Room was simple, charming but quite outdated which was fine for the price. The surprising part was .. the outlet situation in our room : none in the room. I could not charge my phone / camera and struggled with my devices not charged the following day.
