Bel appartement très cosy, confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé, un grand merci à la disponibilité de Mr Gérard plein de bons conseilsLe petit bémol la mauvaise insonorisation manque de chance nos voisins du dessus étaient très bruyants... d'où les 3 étoiles sinon ça en valait 5
