Ubicado a solo unos segundos de la arena, relájese y pase sus próximas vacaciones disfrutando de las vistas panorámicas del océano y la isla desde esta lujosa propiedad de vacaciones frente al mar.

Ofreciendo la mejor escapada frente al mar, la propiedad cuenta con cinco habitaciones: tres con camas queen, una cuarta con dos camas individuales y la quinta con dos camas individuales, así como un televisor y reproductor de DVD colgado en la pared.

El baño principal está bien equipado, con una ducha extra grande con doble cabezal de ducha y doble lavabo.

También hay un baño separado y otra área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con una barra de desayuno que se abre a la terraza y vistas impresionantes más allá, mientras que la sala de estar y el comedor cuentan con dos salones grandes, mesa de comedor de 8 plazas y TV de pantalla plana con FOXTEL y reproductor de DVD

Cada sección de la casa cuenta con ventiladores de techo, así como aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso, cada uno con su propio control de temperatura para invitados en habitaciones separadas.

La propiedad también cuenta con una bata de baño, una trona y utensilios de cocina de plástico para niños para los miembros más jóvenes de la familia, una ventaja adicional al reservar sus vacaciones familiares.

Sin duda, lo más destacado de la propiedad junto a la playa son las impresionantes vistas y la extrema proximidad a la hermosa bahía de Arrawarra y su playa protegida, rampa para botes y renombradas olas para surfear.

Aprovechando al máximo esto, se encuentra la gran terraza trasera con escalones que se abren hacia la reserva de la playa, equipada con mesa al aire libre de 10 plazas y barbacoa webber.

Fabulous house

Location is fantastic. House could do with a good clean - under lounge cushions and window ledgers. Tractors start their day at 5am to go fishing. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Black House…What A House

From the time we entered the “Black House” we exhaled. We knew that from our journey that this was the place to be and we inhaled every morning and evening from long walks on the beach to sitting on the steps. PS..Is the Black House pet friendly?

Surfing fishing BBQ Happy Hour and the endless stream of people dropping in to welcome us back for the winter. My soul is recharged by the Suns rays on the deck and I am completely entertained by the beauty of the Ocean and the local Dolphin population and the Whales out on the horizon

GREAT VIEWS, 3 STAR ACCOMODATION AT BEST!

This property is listed at a premium price point with 3 star accommodation & fit-out. This property has a great view & deck, but unfortunately this is where it ends. The property was filthy & unclean with rubbish from the previous tenants still under the furniture. Whilst we were advised to bring our own linen (so glad we did), we should have been advised that the property did not include anything including hand soaps, tea towel, dish cloths, dishwasher tablets & other basics etc. Beds were old with filthy mattresses & unclean, unwashed bed covers that smelled. Several appliances did not work including air con in one room, fans, blinds were broken, fly screen doors were torn, tv scratched to pieces, Foxtel & Wi-Fi did not work, hot water was not operating & no instructions on how to get it going. A call from the property manage has still not been returned but managed to get it operating our selves after 24 hour of no hot water. Carport was covered in bird droppings & appeared to have rubber pellets through out? (perhaps previous attempts to clear them out). Although this is a nice quiet area, there are no amenities & this accommodation does not cater for this. If this property was listed as a beach shack & priced accordingly, than I'm sure you would not be left disappointed as our family was when you pay such a premium.

Wonderful position and great house. A couple of minor things - air con in one bedroom not working and I think for the price of the property it would be nice if the linen was on the beds on arrival.

A special getaway !

We had our second stay at the Black House and once again absolutely loved it. The big wide open deck looking over the beach is so special and made us feel instantly relaxed. With the close by surf and swimming beaches, rock pools and fantastic food options in Woolgoolga it is the perfect getaway for a family or anyone really. The house has all the facilities you could ask for. Be sure to check out the Arrawarra general store as well. Great coffee and food !!

Fantastic family getaway & unwind

What a wonderful piece of paradise! House is amazing & a great layout for a family, couples or group. Well designed for low maintenance & perfect to take on the beautiful views. Locals are friendly & welcoming. Shops close enough but far enough at the same time. We will be back!

The Black House is amazing. 10 surfing ladies 2nd time there now and waiting for bookings to open for 2019. Great position, plenty of space (a few more dining chairs would be good). Outdoor hot shower a great addition. Just an all round great place to stay.

The black house is amazing very comfortable for 10 people, there is only 1 bathroom, but 2 toilets which was not a problem, the local amenities block is just across the road, the dishwasher wasn’t working while we were there, so washing up was a nuisense, but highly recommended , sitting on the deck with 180 degrees of the ocean, and the whale watching superb

Loved the location, right on beach front. The house itself is the perfect beach house, comfortable, stylish and fully equipped for children, which made holidaying very easy. Beds comfy. We look forward to our next stay. Guy & Kathie

Best beach location on the east coast

Perfect surf with clear clean water. We watched the children play in the surf knowing they were safe. Big waves out the back and we spent hours in the ocean every day. Mattresses not up to the house standard
