Providing all the space you need for a family holiday, you’ll enjoy the comfort of this holiday home. Nicely appointed, with homely touches and great spaces for the kids to play, you can truly relax and enjoy your holiday.
The open plan living with a modern kitchen that includes a dishwasher and coffee machine, and the spacious dining area are laid out well to enjoy family time. Free WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace is available. The living space opens out onto a terrific covered verandah with an additional dining setting. It also houses lounge seating and a hammock to truly kick back and relax with a book or a glass of wine after firing up the BBQ. Keeping an eye on the kids from the verandah is easy, as they enjoy the fully enclosed, pet-friendly garden or they might head to the games room to play foosball!
The bedroom configuration will serve a family well. The master with King bed and BIR adjoins the bright family bathroom with tub, shower and separate toilet. The second and third bedrooms both contain a Queen bed, sleeping 6 in all. Laundry facilities are also included.
Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, you’re still close to all the action. Only 5 minutes’ drive will take you to Boambee Creek Reserve, Toormina Shopping Centre, Southern Cross University and the CEX International Stadium. Less than 10 minutes and you’re in the gorgeous Sawtell with its cute seaside village atmosphere. Here cafes, restaurants and boutique shops beckon. As enticing as that sounds, it may well be the beach you spend most of your time at. The popular Sawtells Beach is a great draw card, offering swimming, surfing fishing and the rock pools, and the beautiful Murrays Beach is just a walk along the golden sand!
Still only 10 minutes away is Coffs Harbour that offers all the amenities and facilities of a local town including shops, supermarket, restaurant, the airport and, of course, the harbour itself. Need more than the beach and water sports to keep the kids entertained? Then try some of the other local attractions: Dolphin Marine Conservation Park, the Big Banana, the Butterfly House, skydiving, paintball and go karting are all on offer nearby. Or take some time for yourself; have a game of golf or go on a beautiful coastal walk to Boambee Headland lookout.

Location good, beds comfy and good shower. Was brought down a little as there seemed to be some bark of some sort behind our son’s pillow so it seemed a little grubby after that. Owner apologised straight away when we got in touch to advise, which was good.

Coffs with more than 2 🐕
Close to Sawtell & Coffs Harbour beaches.
Good sized back yard for dogs but may need small dog proofing. Neighbour dogs are talkative at times.
We all enjoyed ourselves 2 & 4 legged family.
I would love to have a return visit.

Everything you need for a great holiday at the coast.
This is a very comfortable, well maintained and clean property that has everything you need for a great break. Air conditioning in both the living areas and the main bedroom was welcome on a very hot weekend, as well as a huge deck area outside complete with a hammock. Garden is nicely grassed for your furry friends. Definately could have stayed a lot longer in this comfortable property. Quiet neighbourhood was appreciated too. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!
