Spacious living area, flat screen TV to keep the whole family happy, a large balcony area with views over creek lands to the ocean with barbeque facilities, and a single lock up garage.

The lounge room has a ceiling fan for your comfort and you can enjoy the summer breeze as it flows through. The kitchen is well appointed including a dishwasher, glass cooktop and oven. The main bathroom has spacious bath and separate vanity/toilet. For your convenience there is also an internal laundry featuring a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Nice apartment but …….
A great location and the apartment was good. However it was so hot in the apartment. The bedroom windows were all locked shut and the fans provided didn’t do enough. Admittedly it was 30 degrees each day but this is a beach town.

Our family really enjoyed stay at Ballantrae 8, good Internet with smart TV, entertainment resources for kids whether it is reading, board games or watching TV, loved balcony where you can enjoy your morning or evening time with soothing sound of waves and breeze, walkable to Sawtell beach, walkable to main heritage street with variety of eating choices, close to RSL, bowling club, great lookout points, 10-15 mins drive to Coffs Harbour central, 30 mins to Nambucca Heads. We loved our time in this place and will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Fantastic Apartment in great location

Well equipped and great location
Great place to stay in gorgeous Sawtell. Apartment is very well equipped with all mod cons and even a spa bath. Lounge chairs extremely comfortable and huge TV. Private and spacious while being close to both beach and shops. Would book again when we (hopefully) return.

We loved our stay at Ballantrae. The unit was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It was also really close to the beach, estuary and shops which was very handy. Highly recommended!
