Great back porch for relaxing, includes outdoor furniture and BBQ, backyard with fire pit, and large side yard with play-set. Off street parking and on street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

A lovely, very clean home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it.

Upon arriving, we immediately noticed how clean the home was which we very much appreciated. There was plenty of space and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. The yard is tranquil with a waterfall and we enjoyed sitting outside. We even played a game of croquet. Communication with the owner was very positive - Julie was responsive. I would recommend this home to anyone. Due to the,size and amenities, it would be great for families.

It was a beautifully decorated home that had plenty of space for us. We had a bit of a reunion with family and the yard was great for badminton, volleyball and crochet. Close to the beach and other places. Would highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable home. Fully stocked kitchen and excellent air conditioning! Nice location. Close to the lake and downtown. Town was full of hustle and bustle on Friday night during the taste of CDA and street fair weekend. Loved it!

Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house and would gladly recommend it for a carefree vacation. We were there for 4 nights and it felt as comfy as being home. It is well kept, clean, and has everything you need. The backyard was a nice touch as well. We have our own VRBO in Salida, Colorado and we know the effort that goes into keeping a house this accommodating. Our compliments to the owners. A real gem.

The home we stayed in was amazing,had everything we could imagine!

it was the first time our family our family was together with their spouses in Idaho. We had lived in Coeur d’Alene a long time ago, so we wanted to have a placed where we could introduce them to long time friends. We had a barbecue where the kids were able to play and not worry about them running in the street. We spent the majority of our time outside around the fire pit, the home was big enough for all of us to have an amazing night time rest. And the location was perfect. Some Of us went shopping, some of us went hiking. We spent a day at the beach, and we had a great time at Silverwood. Our stay in this wonderful quaint home. It has more room than it appears. And the owners make sure that their guests are truly taken care of.

Comfy...Cozy...Cute...Charming

Loved the 'feel' of the Cottage !! Noticible as soon as you walk in....Smells good, clean crisp feel, great 'energy' :) Feels like 'home'. Had nice, soft lighting on upon our arrival. My husband exclaimed out loud...WOW !! (That doesn't always happen ;) Loved the attention to details, decor, colors are warm & inviting. Kitchen is well equiped.. The yard, side yard is an added benefit to this property. Nice quiet neighborhood, in a convenient location. If I could add to the ambience, I would probably add a second bathroom, add cable tv, softer beds (or mattress toppers) & additional heat choices for back rooms of house, as they were a bit chilly. Definitely would book again & most definitely recommend as a great choice for a 'home' rental !!
