Welcome to Walker's Refuge! This home is located in town Cody and near the Shoshone River. It is just over a mile to Sheridan Ave, the main street in Cody and offers access to the Shoshone River Trail through the backyard. An easy loop trail, great for a nature walk and good scenery. Out the front of the property, there is a large grassy park area.

Walker's Refuge is a spacious, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home. It has a main level and a finished basement. This property has enough space for a family or a larger group. The main level features a large living space that opens to the dining area. There is plenty of space in the kitchen to cook up breakfast or evening meals. The main level also has a laundry room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The main level shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The basement has an additional living room area, the fourth bedroom, and the third bathroom. In the basement living room, there is a table to play board games or relax and watch a movie on the couch. Within this common space, there is a pyramid style bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed up top. Also located in the basement is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and the third bathroom with a shower only.

Outside you can enjoy grilling on the charcoal grill while taking in the beautiful Cody views. Take your family on a nature walk on the Shoshone River Trail, with direct access through the backyard. If you are planning on spending time in Cody, check this home out and enjoy the community.

Monthly Rental Information: monthly rental rates include all utilities and internet service to the home. The one-time cleaning fee is charged at the beginning of the stay to cover the checkout cleaning. Additional cleanings during the rental term may be scheduled through Cody Lodging Company for an additional charge. A completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy for any stays longer than 28 nights. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
