Bed was very comfortable, room big, not expensive, staff there is very friendly.

The place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bedroom tv would not turn off. I had to unplug it. It was quiet and relaxing. It is close enough to the strip if you want hit a casino or a show, and you don’t have to deal with the loud noise. It was a little weird to have the bath tub in the bedroom. But for couples that could be a plus.

None existent staff. Room okay. A/C does bot work well in any room. I had to move to 3 rooms and still a/c is not working correctly. All floors are hot . No a/c in hallways

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay. First, the rooms don't have an electric kettle/hot pot or a microwave not even for making tea or heating up instant noodles. This is basic stuff that even the cheapest motels provide, so it's baffling that a hotel of this size doesn't offer it. Second, I arrived about 15 minutes before check-in time and was told I'd have to pay $20 just to check in early for 15 minutes. I declined, but then ended up waiting in line anyway and didn't actually get into my room until 30 minutes past the official check-in time. So I paid nothing, waited anyway, and the "early fee" made no sense in the first place. Third, the gap between checkout and check-in is way too long 5 hours is excessive. I don't understand why housekeeping needs that much time to turn over a room. Overall, small conveniences that most hotels offer as standard were missing here, and the policies around check-in/checkout felt designed to squeeze money out of guests rather than serve them. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
