We had a very nice day, the location is great. It’s just about two blocks from historic downtown Cocoa and right across the street from water. Although it wasn’t swim weather when we were there, the pool was beautiful. The apartment and the apartment and the apartment complex are clean and well kept.

This site was even better than expected. Excellent. Bedroom and living room view of the Banana River, the patio is great - and the only patio at the entire complex. Also the best parking spot at the complex - closest and shaded. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Photo is of sunrise over the Banana River - just a 30-second walk across the street from the condominium.

Love the balcony and the pool!

The property gives off a bit of the old Bohemian Florida vibe (especially compared to the gargantuan condos across the street) and this unit is definitely the best of the lot. The large balcony has a view of the pool and the river. We were there in late June and it was breezy enough to sit out there anytime of day--although mornings and evenings were our favorite!I don't know if the pool is heated, but it was the perfect temperature in June--loved swimming every day. There is plenty of shade available as well. Check-in was extremely easy! The bed could have been a bit more comfortable (or the sheets) but we did fine. My only concern--and I shared it with the host--is the lack of non-slip features or handrails in the tub. It was a bit slippery, and I can see someone taking a fall. The location is very close to historic Cocoa, with plenty of restaurants and lovely place to walk around. You can also take long walks a long the river. And the beaches are a short drive across the causeway. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick getaway and concert

My wife and I enjoyed 2 nights there. The balcony is great and the location is perfect. We were in town for a concert at Cocoa Riverfront Park, which is only about a 7 minute walk through Cocoa Village. All of the neighbors we met were very nice and it was quiet the whole time. The apartment had everything we needed which allowed us to pack light! Can’t wait to go again!

Parking was a problem only one spot all the way ih the corner so hard to get in and out of and if you had company they had no where to park. Also got a call from rude maintenance man wanting to get in our unit while we were at our wedding claiming the bathtub was leaking into the downstairs unit. My husband had to leave our wedding and go back ro the unit to let the guy in. Not my best experience.

Great time!

We loved this property and staying here. We enjoyed strolling downtown and being so close to things that we were able to walk. My husband was able to take work calls out on the adorable balcony area. Katie was gracious and very quick with her responses. Will stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area!
