This beautiful studio apartment is a perfect place for vacation get away or for work trip. This is a Studio in a Duplex Manufactured Home. Quite Neighborhood. Queen size bed. It’s located 24 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. 19 minutes from Cape Canaveral. 15 minutes from Cocoa Village. It’s well furnished with USB outlets. Bluetooth speaker attached to bathroom light, very easy to connect. Round porch. Has carport parking.

The studio room was very pleasant to stay in and was only 20 minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach. The amenities were great, and the layout of the room was perfect. The only minor complaints are that the area seemed a little run down, however it was quiet and did not appear unsafe at all; and the shower water was not consistently hot (does it really need to be in Florida?). Miriam was responsive and the stay was very affordable.
