Fabulous Mid-Century Modern 3 Bedroom with King Master Suite

House is 3 bedrooms (main has king bed and ensuite). Kitchen is fully furnished and very comfortable to cook in. Dining room has comfortable seating for 6 people. We have a great screened-in porch with ample seating and a table. We also have a fully fenced yard with a patio and secret garden feel. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and French doors out to the screened porch. The other 2 bedrooms are both roomy with queen-sized beds. House is in a wonderfully friendly but quiet neighborhood. Just a couple of blocks walk to the beautiful Indian River and great for biking into Cocoa Village (we're 3 miles south). We are located just off the Beachline Expressway (SR 528). We're 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, 10 minutes from the Beach or Port Canaveral and about 25 minutes from the Space Center (we get great views of the rocket launches from the shore of the Indian River).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Amazing stay

This property was perfect for me and my family to lay our heads for one night to go to Port Canaveral the next day. It was right by Walmart and Publix which was a plus. Very spacious and clean which gave it a homey feel. So, overall great stay highly recommend

Great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our 10 week stay to escape winter in Ohio. Overall the weather was fantastic and this location is so convenient to grocery stores and beautiful parks and wildlife areas to explore. We visited multiple parks from Titusville all the way down to Melbourne. We enjoyed being a shirt sei w to the ocean. My husband is an avid fisherman and visited several places including the ocean shore and the Indian River. It was a short walk from the house to the Indian River and our dog enjoyed her neighborhood walks with us. Fast drive to the airport and Orlando attractions. Also loved our time at Cocoa Village. The house is very comfortable and the porch was my haven where I enjoyed reading and listening to music. Hosts were very nice and quick to respond but we had minimal issues during our stay. Highly recommend

Excellent Stay

The place was beautiful. I was there for work and had the family with me. This place had everything we needed for the stay. Our host gave us suggestions on where to eat, and have fun. Already booked it again.
