Would Not Recommend - Not Worth the Money

I’ve stayed at many rentals in cocoa beach. I walked into this place very excited but that excitement quickly began to fade. Showed up & couldn’t get in with the code given & had to sooth upset children after a 12 hour drive while trying to find phone #s & finally called & got it fixed relatively quickly. Things just went downhill from there... - Giant holes in the yard fence. Not pet friendly since pets can escape & broken boards w/exposed rusty nails were left face up on the grass where dogs or children could step on them. - Garage door didn't work - Filtered water & ice didn't work - this is one of the first things i look for when looking where to stay so it was a huge disappointment to be told after we spent time trying to contact the company over & over about it that it hadn't been working for a while & they had no idea when it would be fixed. We have small children & an infant who needed filtered water. Would have been nice to provide us some ice or bottled water. I was working long hours & had the rental car while my husband & MIL stayed at the rental w/the children. - 1 mattress was ok but the other was TERRIBLE - felt very old & you sunk into the middle. Didn't get good sleep. - The AC is a sump & is LOUD & goes off often. - My husband sat on the couch the first day & the leg popped off. Company said they'd send out a handyman and never did. Only 2 working seats for a family of 6... - Running out of characters, but overall wouldn't recommend, not worth the money.

Uncomfortable furniture, A/C noise

The house and yard overall were ok. Nothing really great except for the large fenced on back yard. The A/C for some reason had a sump pump that ran like every 20 minutes all night long, waking us up everytime it kicked in. The furniture was very low and uncomfortable to sit on for older people to get in and out of. It looked like 70's second hand furniture. We would not stay here again.

This property has a good location and has been decorated nicely. It would be nice to have a cover in the backyard for when its raining or to get out of the sun. The management was very responsive and helpful.

Beach House

The furniture was terrible! The king bed was like a half empty bean bag. We sunk to the bottom. So unbelievable! Could not sit in the kitchen chairs, so uncomfortable. The living room rug was filthy dirty. Knives in the kitchen had lots of dried food on them. And we had trouble operating the TV. They came the 2nd day and tried to help with the TV but we never could watch regular channels.

Exactly as described, extremely clean, very comfy beds, great location. Enjoyed the well maintained back yard, the fire pit and the outdoor kitchen. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Cocoa Beach!

Beautiful Cocoa Beach house

This is a lovely home in the heart of Cocoa Beach but away from the main drag. Nice quiet neighborhood. House is very modern. Would recommend for the owner to get better cooking pots and pans. Also get a regular coffee pot for the kitchen beside a keurig. Beds are super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful visit at the Beach House! Cindy was fantastic in ensuring we had everything we needed and was very responsive! The dogs loved the backyard and enjoyed the short walk down to the beach. I would definitely book again!

Beautiful House

This house was beautiful! Location was very convenient to the beach and local activities. It comes with a lot of amenities to use to play on the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It has a great back yard that my pup enjoyed and a cool fire pit area. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!!

Great trip!

We had a great stay. Property was clean. Can tell they put money into renovating. Everything was very nice and new looking. The backyard was fantastic for our pup. If we ever come back to Cocoa we will be looking to stay here again! One block from the beach. On the map it looks much more difficult but it was perfect and easy road to cross. Located at a quieter part of the beach which was great and could easily walk or drive to the down town and busier part. Chef’s kiss!

Beds are super comfy. Very clean, nicely decorated. Close to beach, zoo, Kennedy space center - just a good location to go to lots of places. Very nice fire pit and large fenced in yard. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, beautiful, relaxing home

We loved the house — it was beautiful and clean. It accommodated our group of five very well. The host was quick to respond to questions. We walked to the beach during the day and relaxed by the fire pit at night. The neighborhood was quiet (and this was during spring break!) and the beds were very comfortable which made for good nights’ sleep. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in Cocoa Beach. Perfect Fit For Our Family

This property was wonderfully updated and so functional for our family during our stay. It was a working vacation for our family and the space worked out perfect with easy access to downtown, great yard & firepit. This home was a great value and nicely updated.
