Private balcony in Living Room and Master Bedroom with a view of the ocean and beach, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 adult (master king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed) and 2 kids (one Queen size sofa bed in living room). Life guards are couple hundred feet away from you. Boardwalk is a desirable community, with relaxing pool to cool down during hot summer season.

No busy street to crossing, Ocean and beach is in your back yard. nice size kitchen and dinning room, is perfect for your family getaway dinner. you can escape to the the beach and walk to everything around you.

Couple days at the beach

Lihua was really communicative and easy to work with. She let us check in early since we arrived to Cocoa Beach earlier than expected. Check-in/out easy. Condo met our needs. Loved being directly on the beach. Only complaint is you need an actual key to get into the building and onto the beach access. There were only 2 keys and 4 of us staying there which made the beach days tricky. Wish there would have been a keypad for the beach access at least. Otherwise it was a nice condo directly on the beach.

Downtown Cocoa beach

Great location and view. Nice unit. We required heat as it was cold. The internet connected thermostat was bad news as it was quite often locked so we had to text the host for a temperature changes,very inconvenient.The internet controlled door lock was also slow to access and operate.

The unit was clean, the photos provided an accurate representation of the unit and the owner was very helpful providing details about the surrounding amenities. The property undertook maintenance and/or repairs on the singular elevator for the property during two days that extended through the timeframe when we were required to check out. Having no choice but to utilize the building stairway, my husband fell down the stairway and was injured. stairs

Perfect little place for trip

My son and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very safe and we loved the private beach entry as well. The view from the condo is beautiful and the condo was very clean and beachy. The owner answered us when we had to text about something. We will def be back to stay again in the future!

Hidden Gem!!

This was a great trip! Very nice property. The beach was beautiful and so close! Very quite area for sure. Almost everything we needed was within walking distance (We only had to drive to the grocery store). Orlando was such a quick drive for a day of sight seeing. We even got to watch 2 rocket launches from our balcony! It can't get any better than that. We are already planning to come back again!

The overall condo was nice and clean and very good proximity to the beach. The building is a bit dated and dirty. They're doing construction as well. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Everything about this condo is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and all the rooms were very clean and matched the VRBO pictures. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, bars and shops. We loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning and seeing dolphins and watching launches. The owner, Lihua, is the most responsive owner we've dealt with. We really appreciated her dropping off items that were missing and immediately dealing with a dryer that wasn't drying properly. We'll definitely be returning to this condo in the future.

Great spot with amazing views!

Clean and great location! Lihua was great with communicating and made sure we knew the schedule for the two rocket launches we were so lucky to see. My kids loved the beach access right out the back door as well as all of the beach toys she had for us to use. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

The condo was as advertised - spacious, nicely decorated, on the beach and next to the restaurants. The owner provided very detailed instructions on the check-in process and the area around. The phone app to enter/exit the condo took some getting used to and we were not fans of it, but we made it work. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Fantastic view!

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach! The location was great, the view couldn't be beat. The host also let us know about a launch that occurred during our stay. The launch was an unexpected treat.
