Unit 403 is a beautiful condo that is perfect for a peaceful & relaxing getaway, or for a fun filled family vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen leads to a spacious dining room and comfortable living room. The balcony has a great view of the ocean from the 4th floor (north facing). The roomy master bedroom has a flatscreen TV, a walk in closet, and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a TV. The unit also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a closet filled with beach chairs and toys for your use.

We had a great week-long stay in Cocoa Beach, and the condo worked well for our group of 5. It is well-stocked for spending the day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc.), and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals. While not directly facing the beach, the balcony has a nice view of the ocean/beach and is a nice place to start off the morning with a cup of coffee. We enjoyed our visit, the communication was great, and we would happily rent again in the future.

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room. The condo was quiet. Loved being able to be on the small patio watching and listening to the waves. It had everything we needed. Close to the beach and close to anything you could need. Would absolutely stay here again! After I booked my initial dates, I needed to change it.
